In this age where there is a lot of on farm information, game changing devices and equipment, and fast moving science and innovation, it’s so important to be grounded and know where there is value that you are not harnessing. Lost value is one of the greatest issues holding back your farm success.

Business Planning & Strategy
The second is to invest time and effort in your business planning and strategy. There is a lot of good learning in this topic, and many farmers have done business planning and good governance courses. Learning is the easy part - committing time and effort when you are back in the business is the hard part. I’ve seen this done incredibly well, and I’ve also met lots of people with great intentions that haven’t had the time or energy to really make it happen.
My ambition is to support farmers to take action in a critically important part of their business – planning and strategy. It’s all about how to progress from great intentions to great execution!
